Congratulations to Dr. Sara Turner, a postdoctoral associate in Dr. David Fuller’s lab, who has been selected to receive a Caroline tum Suden/Frances Hellebrandt Professional Opportunity Award, named in honor of Caroline tum Suden and Frances Hellebrandt. This award is for $500, plus reimbursement for meeting registration. Dr. Turner also received the McKnight Brain Institute Travel Award ($2,000) to present multiple research projects at the Experimental Biology meeting in San Diego in April, 2016.
